The ingredients needed to cook Lemon Garlic wings:
- You need 20 pcs of chicken wings.
- Take 2 tbls of apple cider vinegar.
- Provide 1/2 tbls of cayenne pepper.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tbls of butter.
- Prepare 3 tbls of finely chopped garlic.
- Use 1/4 cup of lemon/lime juice.
- Provide 1/4 cup of finely chopped cilantro.
- Get 2 tbls of vegetable oil for cooking wings.
Instructions to make Lemon Garlic wings:
- Clean and wash wings and set aside.
- In a bowl, add the wings and mix in the vinegar, 1 tbls garlic, cayenne pepper and salt. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- If you choose to cook the wings in the airfryer, then preheat the air fryer and add vegetable oil to the wings and mix well. Cook according to airfryer instructions.
- If you choose to cook the wings in the oven, arrange the wings on a parchment paper over a baking sheet, brush half the oil over the wings and grill for 15-20 minutes (200 degrees Celsius). Remove from oven, flip the wings and brush the rest of the oil on the other side. Return into the oven and continue grilling for another 15-20 minutes or until wings are cooked through.
