  1. Take 10 of bread slices.
  2. Take 1 tablespoon of crushed black pepper.

  4. You need 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes/paprika.

  6. You need 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
  7. Provide 150 grams of spinach leaves.
  8. Use 200 grams of cottage cheese/paneer.

  1. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and crumble it well.
  2. Blanch the spinach leaves and chop them fine after they cool.
  3. Combine spinach and the cottage cheese.

  5. Mix all the ingredients well.
  6. Rest the mixture covered while you discard the edges of the bread slices.

  8. Seal the edges by pressing down with a fork.
  9. Prepare the remaining raviolis similarly.
  10. Melt the butter on a non stick pan.
  11. Add the raviolis and toast them in batches till both sides are crisp and slightly browned.
  12. Serve warm accompanied with a delicious tomato soup (or any soups/dips/ketchup of your choice).
