  5. After 1 min,add blended semolina and mix it well..
  6. Now put mashed potatoes and mix properly..
  7. Remove it from the pan and rest it for 10 mins.add 2 tbsp Cornflour and chopped coriander leaves.Mix together..
  8. Grease oil into the chopping board and roll the potato dough..
  9. Cut it into round shape with a cookie cutter and cut another with small cookie cutter just like below the picture..
  10. Take a pan and heat the oil..
  11. Put the potato rings and fry until it looks golden (turn the gas in medium flame)..
  12. Remove from the pan and fry the all just like the same way..
  13. Serve it with tomato sauce/Tamarind chutney..
