  1. Prepare of Shawarma bread.
  2. Prepare of Cooked spiced meat.
  3. Take of medium cabbage.
  4. Provide of carrots.
  5. Take of Irish potatoes.
  6. Prepare of Mayonnaise.
  7. Take of Maggi.
  8. Take of Scotch bonnet.
  9. Prepare of Veg oil.

Instructions to make Shawarma:

  1. Cut the cabbage and grate the carrots and wash thoroughly..
  2. Blend the meat and scotch bonnet together. Peel and cook the Irish and dice into smaller pieces..
  3. In a clean pan add the veg oil and add all the ingredients together and stir fry for two minutes..
  4. Spread the mayonnaise all over the shawarma bread..
