  1. Get 1 of small whole seedless watermelon.
  2. Provide 1/2 of red onion, thinly sliced.
  3. Get of Juice of two limes.
  4. Get 1 c of pitted kalamata olives.
  5. Take 1/2 lb of feta cheese.
  6. Provide 1/2 c of parsley and mint.
  7. Get to taste of red pepper flakes or chili oil.

  2. Cut watermelon first in half..
