  1. Take 1 of shallot.
  2. You need 1 of coriander root (pounded).
  3. Provide 1 stalk of lemon grass.
  4. Take 4 slices of galangal (thin).
  5. Take 60 g of straw mushrooms.
  6. Use 1 of tomato (wedges).

  5. Add the prawn and mushrooms and boil until prawns are cooked..
  6. Add Kaffir lime leaves and turn heat off soon after..
