  1. Provide 1/2 packages of Baby spinach leaves.
  2. You need of Basil leaves.
  3. Get of (About 1/2 cup) mint leaves, depending on your taste.
  4. You need of Rocket.
  5. Provide 8 of Baby tomatoes ( leave them whole).
  6. Get 8 large of Strawberries cut in half (16 pieces).
  7. Provide 1 1/2 cup of Blueberries.
  8. You need 1 small of Yellow pepper cut julienne style.
  9. Take 1 cup of White seedless grapes.
  10. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of Black seedless grapes.
  11. You need 1/2 cup of Chopped pecan nuts.
  12. Prepare of Dressing.
  13. Provide 1/2 cup of Olive oil.
  14. Provide 1/2 cup of Sugar (white dissolves easier than brown in my experience).
  15. Take 1/4 cup of White wine vinegar.
  16. Use 1 of Splash of rice vinegar.
  17. Take 1 tsp of Paprika.
  18. Prepare 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce.
  19. Prepare 3 tbsp of Sunflower seeds.
  20. You need 1 tbsp of Sesame seeds.

Instructions to make Delicious Summer Salad:

  1. Mix the dressing well so that the sugar dissolves, cover and place in refrigerator for at least an hour for flavours to blend.
  2. Wash and toss together all the salad ingredients. Add the dressing about 1/2 an hour before serving. Toss well. Enjoy.
