The ingredients needed to make Baked Angel Hair:

  1. Use 100 gr of angel hair pasta, boiled until al dente, set aside.
  2. Get 150 gr of mozzarella, grated (you can add more if you like).
  3. Prepare 4 of eggs.
  4. Take 1 cup of marinara sauce.
  5. Take 1 tsp of Italian seasoning.
  6. Take 1 tsp of parsley flakes (for topping).

Instructions to make Baked Angel Hair:

  1. Combine angel hair with marinara sauce. Add Italian seasoning, stir well..
  2. Brush oil or butter to a casserole dish. (I used a silicone mold, so I skip this step).
  3. Pour angel hair mixture into a mold of your choice..
  4. Whisk the eggs with a fork..
  5. Pour the eggs into the mold. Top with grated mozzarella and parsley flakes..
  6. Bake 175 Celcius degrees for about 30 minutes..
  7. You can eat it right away, or wait until it cools..
