  2. Take 1/2 of steak.
  3. Prepare 2 1/2 cup of Jack Cheese.
  4. Take 2 of tortillas.

  1. Cut steak, mushrooms into bite sized pieces and grade cheese.
  2. In a small pan add a thin coat of olive oil (you could use a different oil).
  3. Heat up oil then add steak and cook until golden brown.
  4. In a separate pan sautée mushrooms and Spinach in butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
