The ingredients needed to prepare French Macarons:
- Provide 1 cup of powdered sugar.
- You need 3/4 cup of almond flour.
- Get 2 of egg white room temperature.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of sugar.
- Take of Food coloring (optional).
- Use of Whipped cream.
- Get of Cream cheese.
Instructions to make French Macarons:
- In a bowl add in icing sugar, almond flour.
- In a different bowl add in egg whites. Whisk on high speed till stiff peaks.
- Start adding sugar a little at a time. You can add food coloring if you like.
