The ingredients needed to prepare Mango lassi:

  1. Provide 4 of medium size mangoes.
  2. Provide 1 teaspoon of pure honey (heaped).
  3. Use as required of Few almonds soaked & peeled.
  4. Provide 1/2 cup of milk.
  5. Prepare as required of yoghurt.
  6. You need as required of Red syrup & ice cubes for garnishing.

Instructions to make Mango lassi:

  1. Wash & squeeze the puree from all mangoes.
  2. Take a pack of Laban or you can use fresh yoghurt.
  3. Take a blender jar add in a teaspoon of honey.
  4. Gradually add in the milk, mangoes puree, peeled almonds, Laban up.
  5. Now blend it for 3-4 times then add few ice cubes & give a punch once to crush the ice in lassi it will taste delicious with all flavors chilled.
  6. Add in a serving glass few drops of re syrup swirl the glass to get the marks then pop in the lassi garnish it with ice cubes some red syrup & serve it chilled & enjoy..!.
