The ingredients needed to prepare Mango Lassi:

  1. Prepare 1 of mango, ripe.
  2. Take 1 cup (250 ml) of plain yoghurt (natural or skyr).
  3. Provide 0.5 cup (125 ml) of milk.
  4. Get 4 of tsps sugar or honey.
  5. Prepare 1 of sprinkle of cinnamon or cardamom.
  6. Provide of ice cubes (optional).

  1. Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. Place in the blender..
