- Get 1 of mudu Soyabeans.

Instructions to make Tom brown:
- I usually use 2mudu of corn. Wash corn properly and sun dry properly.
- Do the same for soyabeans. Wash properly and sun dry.
- Remove the outer skin of your roasted gnut.just like re one that is ready for eating.
- Using a large pan, roast your dry washed corn until golden brown..
- Also roast the soyabeans until golden brown. Now divide it into two and pour one portion in the mortar. Use the pestle and gently grind in circular motion so that the outer shell of the soyabeans can be removed. Do not pound o..
- Do the same for the other portion so that u are sure that the outer shell of the soyabeans have been properly removed. If u don't remove the outer shell of the soyabeans before grinding, u won't like the taste of the Tom brown.
- After doing that for all the soyabeans, separate the chaff from the soyabeans.
- Now,combine all three ingridents -roasted corn,roasted, soyabeans and roasted groundnut. Pour into a clean dry bag or sack.
- Add ur crayfish too. But I usually don't use crayfish for mine. Most mothers like d crayfish especially if they are making it for their little babies...I don't like the taste of crayfish so I skip it. However, use a small quantity if u must use..
- Take to a grinding mill.it is usually grinding mills that grind d normal tomatoes and pepper that grind this Tom brown cereal. However they need to grind it dry. No water o.before u take it there, ask the owner of the grinding mill if he or she will accept to grind it for u..
