The ingredients needed to make Sandwich:

  1. Get 1 of wheat bread.
  2. You need 4 of medium size potatoes chopped in small cube shapes.
  3. Take 1 tea spoon of cumin seeds.
  4. Prepare as required of Green chillies and a small piece of ginger chopped.
  5. You need 1/4 tea spoon of red chilli powder.
  6. Provide 1/4 tea spoon of Amchur powder.
  7. Use to taste of Salt.
  8. Prepare as required of Fresh coriander leaves chopped.
  9. Get 2 table spoon of oil.
  10. Use As needed of Pure ghee for sandwich making.

Steps to make Sandwich:

  1. Put kadai on flame, add oil put cumin seeds and ginger chilli stir for few seconds add potatoes cubes, add salt and red chilli powder and stir for a minute and cover with a lid and cook it for five minutes, but don't forget yo stir in between..
  2. Add Amchur powder and coriander leaves and put the flame off..
  3. Use electric sandwich maker pre heat for a minute, spread deshi ghee on both slice of bread and spread the stuffing in between the slices..
  4. Within two minutes it will be ready, cut in to two and serve it with green chutney and tomato sauce..
