  13. Separate chicken into gravy.
  14. Add in pot 2tbsp ghee and prepare lemon juice 3tbsp with water. Prepare orange colour.
  15. Add first layer of gravy then rice and last add chicken some coriander mint and green chili spread lemon juice and colour init. An give dum for 10 to 15mints.
