  1. Take 400 gm of cabbage.
  2. Take 400 gm of cauliflower.
  3. You need 150 gm of beetroot.
  4. Take 100 gm of shimla mirch.
  5. Take 100 gm of green peas.
  6. You need 200 gm of boiled potato.
  7. Provide 150 gm of finely chopped onion.
  8. Use 150 gm of finely chopped tomato.
  9. Provide 1 inch of grated ginger.
  10. You need 2 of green chilli chopped.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  12. Use 3 tbls of tomato sauce.

  15. Prepare 2 teaspoon of kashmir chilli powder.
  16. Take 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
  17. Use 2 tbls of pawbhaji masala.

  19. Get 100 gm of butter.
  20. Use 1 packet of Fresh coriander.

Steps to make Beetroot _pavbhaji:

  1. Take a cooker add cabbage,cauliflower, beetroot,shimla mirch add some water and cook it till 3 missile, let it cool.
  2. Now take a pan,heat it pour butter and little oil in it,now add grated ginger and green chilli, saute for 30 sec now add chopped onion and fry till golden brown now add chopped tomato in it and fry for 5 to 8 min or till tomato turn soft, now add all dry ingredients like,haldi, kashmiri chilli, coriander, paw bhaji masala and little bit of water mix it well and fry for 10 min or until oil separate form masala.
  3. It's tym to add our boiled and mash bhaJi into it,and continue mix it with masala or cook it on medium flame for at least 15 min, now add boiled potato and green peas,mix it and cover it.
  4. Now add lemon juice, tomato sauce and little bit of butter mix it al together and cover it for 5 min,now add 100 ml of water and again mix it and cover it for 10 min on low flame.
  5. Now our bhaji is ready to eat,garnish with butter,green onion, onion and serve it with fresh paw dip in lots of butter.
