The ingredients needed to make Butter dosa:
- Use 3 cup of rice.
- Prepare 1 cup of udad dal.
- Use 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds.
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- Use 4 tablespoon of butter.
- Use 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
- Take 1/2 teaspoon of pavbhaji masala.

- Soak rice and dal separately add fenugreek seeds in dal while soaking. Keep it aside for 6 to 7 hours. Grind rice and dal separately and take out in one big bowl. Mix altogether and keep for fermentation about 8 hours. In one small bowl add red chilli powder pavbhaji masala powder and pinch salt mix altogether and keep aside..
- After fermentation add salt into the mixture and mix well. Keep one frying pan on flame add one spoonful of batter on tawa spread in round shape pour melted butter on dosa and sprinkle red chilli powder and pavbhaji masala mixture on top of the dosa when dosa roasted on one side flipped to another side and roast for a minute.
