  1. Provide 2 Cup of Chicken Stock.
  2. Get 1 Cup of Milk.
  3. Take 1/4 Cup of Cooked Shreded Chicken.
  4. Use 1 Tbsp of Butter.
  5. Take 1 Tbsp of Flour.
  6. Take 1 Tbsp of Chop Onion.
  7. Provide 2 of Garlic Cloves chop.

  1. Melt butter in pan. Add finely chop garlic & onion. Saute in butter till soft.add flour & stir continuly to avoid lumps.add milk & mix well.add salt & black pepper. A thick white sauce has formed..
  2. Add cooked shreded chicken in pan. Mix well in sauce. Add chicken stock & mix well. Bring it to boil, reduce heat & let it simmer over low heat till soup thickens.add paprika powder.taste it & adjust seasoning. Top with soya sprigs before serving.serve hot & enjoy with Cookpad..
  3. Note: if soup is not as thick as required, then mix 1-2 Tbsp cornflour in water & add to soup..
