  4. Next when dough is ready thn take out a small balls like lemon.(means loyiyan bana le bt dhyaan rkhna hai ki un loyiyon me cracks nahi hone chahiye).
  5. At last unn sb loyiyon ko dhere kar ke kdhai me rakhein oil ya ghee me daalen bt ghee jada garm ya jada thanda nahi hona chahiye hai kyunki agr wo jada grm hota hai to bread ke gulab jamun jlne lgte hn so iska thoda khyaal rkhen and ussi tarh saari balls ko fry krne ke baad unhain ek paper me nikal le..
  6. At last step me sugar syrup bnake rkha hoga usme ye saare fried balls dalnii hn snd then usko 10mints ke baad aap serve kar saktein hn.(sugar syrup bnane keliye one cup water me one and half cup sugar mix krni hai or usme ubaal aane ke baad usme elaichi powder daal den isse gulab jamun me elaichi flavour ajayega..).
