  2. Get of Mango Chutney.
  3. Take of Rice.
  4. Prepare of basmati rice.
  5. Prepare of small onion / 1/2 large onion.
  6. Provide of garlic.
  7. Take of chilli (red or green) to personal taste on heat.
  8. Provide of ground coriander.
  9. Take of ground cumin.
